The Basics of Simulink

Hands-on practice building models in Simulink

_______

Basics-of-Simulink-AS_307468782

Overview

Advanced control systems are becoming more and more standard when developing software, as it is more efficient than writing C code. Model-based design (MBD) has created a method of portable rapid prototyping, moving away from intensive lab development and placing an engineer on site for real-time testing, calibrations, etc. Join LHP for hands-on practice with Simulink for a greater understanding of developing software through model-based design.

Learning Objectives

  1. Explain the relationship between MATLAB and Simulink
  2. Interchange between the interfaces of MATLAB and Simulink
  3. Import data from MATLAB into a Simulink Model
  4. Analyze data within MATLAB and Simulink
  5. Create a Simulink Model from Scratch
  6. Simulate a model using the Simulink browser
